RISC Staffing – Our Story

RISC Staffing was founded in 2014 with the challenge of assisting customers with their surgical radiology needs. Through Carlos Castros’ vast knowledge and experience in surgical imaging, he supported and grew our customer case along the years, and as of 2023, we have serviced over 520 customers throughout the Texas Region and beyond.

Part of the success story is the time we take to train and support the radiology technologists and ensure they have the necessary tools to succeed in this field. Our founder and team leader, Carlos Castro, understands the struggles and the importance of community, and with this thought in mind he has marched forward with the commitment to continue our service and growth.
One of our pillars is our pledge to educate and give back to our community. Every year we provide gratuitous training and education to community colleges in the Texas Region with the hope of collaborating and enriching their learning.
